Here I will ask you about your goals, training & sport experience, how much time you have to exercise etc. More importantly, I will also ask you about your previous injury history from head to toe so that we can use as much information as possible to build the best training plan for you.

Get A Monthly Training Block, Personalised Mobility Plan & Nutrition Coaching

The next step involves me contacting you to arrange your movement assessment. This can be completed either in person in my clinic or alternatively online depending on where you are based. Once finished, I will then be able to provide you with your tailored warm up & mobility plan that will work in tandem with your training routine. No more guesswork about which exercises and movements to do because there will also be video links to each throughout the workout.

Stay On Track With Weekly Check Up's

As we all know, consistency is the most important thing when it comes to your training. We are in this for the long haul and I firmly believe that this is when you will see the best results. To make sure you stay on track, I will contact you weekly on a date and time that we schedule a check in. Here is where we can assess your progress and make adjustments to your plan based on any questions or concerns that you may have.
